INVOcell An Innovative Fertility Treatment

Our clinic is proud to be the first clinic in Houston, TX, to offer INVOcell™, an innovative and more affordable alternative to IVF. Patients can save around $5,000 per cycle and use their own bodies for incubation, making it a more natural approach.
Because incubation occurs inside the body and not in a laboratory, patients can enjoy significant savings using this breakthrough fertility treatment.
Because incubation occurs inside the body and not in a laboratory, patients can enjoy significant savings using this breakthrough fertility treatment.

Collection and Placement

Mature, healthy eggs are collected and placed into a patented INVOcell device with the sperm cells for fertilization.

Insertion and Incubation

The device is inserted into the vaginal canal to promote embryo growth, serving as the incubation period. Since incubation is happening inside the body, temperature and pH are better regulated than when done in a lab.

Inspection and Implantation

After incubation, the embryos are removed and inspected. One to two viable embryos will be taken and implanted into the woman's uterus. The remaining embryos can be frozen for future use.
Schedule an appointment to take advantage of our current cycle rate before time runs out.

Find the Right Family-Building Treatment for You

IVF

In vitro fertilization (IVF) involves retrieving donor eggs, combining them with sperm, and placing healthy embryos into the uterus. Gay couples select a surrogate of their choice to carry their baby to term. They can choose a friend, family member, or use a surrogate from an agency. We monitor each stage of the IVF process and handle all laboratory stages onsite. By having infertility treatment onsite, we're able to reduce the overall cost of in vitro fertilization.

Reciprocal IVF

Reciprocal IVF is a popular family-building method among lesbian couples because it allows both women to have a genetic link to the baby. One woman acts as the egg donor, providing eggs that are fertilized with donor sperm. The other woman receives the embryo and carries the baby to term. The cycles of the egg donor and carrier are synchronized, and they go through the journey of IVF together, making it a unique and meaningful experience for both parties.

Gestational Surrogacy

We work with Prime Genetics and other third-party agencies that conduct stringent screening to help hopeful parents find the right gestational carriers. You may also select your own surrogate such as a family member or friend. Gestational surrogacy can benefit both lesbian couples and gay couples. Eggs or sperm are provided and fertilized with donor eggs or donor sperm to create an embryo that is carried to term. As a result, the gestational carrier has no genetic link to the baby.

Sperm Donor

Sperm Donors

LGBTQ couples struggling with sperm issues may use a sperm specimen from someone they know or choose a trusted donor through an agency. We work with Fairfax Cryobank, California Cryobank, and other leading sperm banks that follow strict Food and Administration regulations in order to protect the safety of recipients. Patients can select a sperm donor based on characteristics that they desire, such as physical attributes, medical health, or overall lifestyle.

Intrauterine Insemination

Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a family-building method that involves placing donor sperm inside a woman's uterus to promote egg fertilization. During IUI, we track the menstrual cycle of the woman receiving the sperm to ensure it is inserted at the most optimal timing, increasing the chance of success. If you're unsure which fertility treatment is best for you, we can walk you and your partner through each option more in-depth at your consultation.
