In traditional IVF, fertilization occurs when sperm and an egg are placed in a petri dish. When a low sperm count makes this approach to fertilization unlikely to succeed, our fertility technicians can directly inject a single sperm into an egg through ICSI.
Pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT) is the process of removing a cell from a fertilized embryo to check for genetic abnormalities.
