When a patient comes to Houston Fertility Center for her first visit, she is going to find a warm environment, a warm reception area, and a very friendly, knowledgeable office staff. We'll get a detailed medical history, and then I will sit down with the patient, go through step A through Z. I'll explain what tests we need to do, what treatments we might need to do. The patient will meet with the financial office to know every aspect of the care. And then she will leave here with written information detailing every step, every step from A to Z and highlight this is your next step, as well as information of what numbers to call so if she thinks of a question that she forgot to ask me on her first visit, very easy for her to get that information.
